With exuberant enthusiasm and subtle humour, the Ensemble Opèra en miniature takes you into the sonorous world of Abu Hassan. The opera by Carl Maria von Weber is performed in a charming chamber version - lovingly arranged by Christoph Teichner for ten musicians and three expressive vocal soloists.
The scenes are brought to colourful life by Cornelia Fritzsche's artistic hand puppets - sometimes mischievous, sometimes poetic, always with a twinkle in the eye.
