Free play mode (without registration) Discover the four rooms on your own and solve the puzzles: TU 13:00 – 17:00 or SA / SO / public holidays 14:00 – 18:00 Museum admission

Crazy quantum world

Children, teenagers and adults are invited to explore the crazy quantum world with all their senses and find out whether Cat Q is dead or alive. With the school class, as a birthday highlight or together with family and friends – the Escape Room can be explored in a variety of ways.

From the classroom to the quantum flat

In the »quantum flat«, teachers have the opportunity to awaken enthusiasm for physics and redefine teaching. It is modelled on the multi-award-winning app »Cat Q – A Quantum Adventure«. The digital game is brought into the real world and reaches a new level. And the best thing is: you don't have to be a physics or maths genius to do it.

Game app »Cat Q«play quantum physics at home

The game app »Katze Q« from the Würzburg-Dresden Cluster of Excellence ct.qmat turns the fascinating phenomena of quantum physics into an experience. The mobile phone game is designed to get children and young people between the ages of 11 and 14 interested in physics. Based on the popular quantum mechanics thought experiment by Nobel Prize winner Erwin Schrödinger, players accompany their cat through the crazy quantum world and solve more than 20 attractive brain teasers.
