The exhibition honours the life's work of silhouette filmmaker, animator, director and teacher Jörg Herrmann. As a mediator between craft, art and theory, he is a central figure in the history of German animated film. Above all, he has further developed silhouette animation and brought it into the digital age without abandoning its technical core.
