Location & How to get there

The Dresden Technology Collections are housed in a former camera factory in the Striesen district of Dresden.
Note

The special exhibition is air-conditioned. All other areas of the museum are not air-conditioned. In the event of prolonged hot weather, temperatures inside the building may rise significantly.

How to get there

The Technische Sammlungen are located in the Striesen district of Dresden and are housed in the building of a former camera factory. We recommend travelling by public transport.

The nearest tram stop to the Technische Sammlungen:

The Technische Sammlungen are about 6 km from the main railway station. From there you have various options to get to the museum: by bus, tram or taxi.
